🔁 Return Window

We offer a 5-day return policy — you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags

  • Must be in its original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Do not send items without first requesting a return — they will not be accepted.

If you’d like a different item, please complete your return first, and then place a new order.


Non-returnable Items

  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return


🧾 Damaged or Wrong Item?

Please inspect your package on delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you if your refund is approved

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us
